This website and any linked applications (the “Site”) is designed to enable clients or potential clients of the company «ANTENNA STUDIOS SINGLE MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME» (the “ANTENNA STUDIOS”), a company incorporated in Greece, with company (GEMI) no. 130301901000, whose registered office is at 10-12, Kifissias Avenue, Maroussi Attica, GR 151 25 to acquire information about the ANTENNA STUDIOS products and services, and manage their individual or company accounts at their convenience.

 

These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the Site and constitute an agreement between you and the ANTENNA STUDIOS that applies to all content, materials, on line communications and other information that becomes available on the Site. A “User” is any person given access to the Site in accordance with this Terms and Conditions. Any reference to a “User” or “you” or “your” means you as a client or potential client of the ANTENNA STUDIOS.

ANTENNA STUDIOS does not be in any way liable to clients or potential clients or Users for any delay or failure of performance which is due to reasons of force majeure or any other cause outside the reasonable control of ANTENNA STUDIOS (including without limitation the so called acts of God, lock-downs, war, riots, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, etc).

Any failure or delay by ANTENNA STUDIOS in exercising its rights under the provisions of these Terms and Conditions will not be construed as a waiver of those rights.
